A few words on Avista Bemanning and Coachstockholm
A few months ago when the economy was deep spiraling I was looking for defensive cases. If unemployment would increase I belive that the government will privatize the employment agency Arbetförmedlingen opening up a 2bn market. Based on this assumption I started Avista Bemanning and Coachstockholm. Today 4 months into the operation and 8 months in total i am happy to announce some infos. -The has become the leading challenger in the employment agency market in Stockholm area. Our estimate of market share is 2% in a 300 company market where the fail rate is 20% -Share of coached individuals in job est 16%. -Around 300 meetings and briefing held in 3-4months. Meeting to deal ratio 25%.
